Mark your calendar for May 15, 2008 when we welcome Scott Zucker to Maine for a legal issues workshop! Scott Zucker is a partner in the law firm of Weissmann & Zucker, P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia. Scott specializes in business litigation with an emphasis on real estate, landlord-tenant and construction law and represents companies throughout the country in resolving their commercial disputes in state or federal courts and through Alternate Dispute Resolution.

Scott works with property owners in reviewing and drafting leases, construction contracts and employment agreements and in evaluating property management operations.  Scott also defends landlords against tenant loss and damage claims and premises liability actions.

Scott is a frequent lecturer at national conventions and is a contributing legal writer for industry trade magazines. He is the author of Legal Topic in Self Storage: A Sourcebook for Owners and Managers. He is also a partner in the Self Storage Legal Network; a subscription based legal services for self storage owners and managers.
